We want to help anybody who wants to make steps to shop sustainably and community is a massive part of that. We also want to support local projects, organisations and business as shopping local is a a great step to becoming more eco-friendly. We have delivered a number of talks to local WI groups and a school class over the last year. Please either email or call us if you would like us to come to your organisation or school.

We work with local community projects and businesses:

We operate as a collection point for cheese wrappers and biscuit & cake wrappers through Terracycle. Money raised from this will be donated to Durham Trinity School & Sports College (A local Special Needs School)

In 2020 we did a reverse Christmas Calendar for Foundation Durham and in 2021 for DASH.org. As a business with help from our customers we donated £300 worth of food, toiletries and cleaning products to both of these local charities.
